01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of bk3.casino, including all games, features, promotions, and services available on the platform. By registering an account or using any part of bk3, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of bk3 — including depositing funds, playing games, and withdrawing winnings — you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one bk3 account. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

• You may not register more than one account, regardless of the device, email address, or payment method used.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify bk3 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

bk3 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on bk3:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bk3 may apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposits are credited to your bk3 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed within five minutes on average during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.
• bk3 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bk3's control.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bk3 support.
• bk3 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bk3 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out below. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• bk3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the bonus being voided.
• If bk3 determines that a player is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting bonus terms — bk3 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on bk3 — including Spirit Party, Treasure Boat Fishing, Monster Hi-Lo, Rave Party Fever, Bombing Fishing, Win Drop, and the E-Sports betting section — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these Terms. The following general gameplay rules apply across all games on bk3:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bk3 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bk3 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's balance.
• Game outcomes on bk3 are determined by a provably fair algorithm. The server seed, client seed, and nonce used to generate each outcome are available in your game history for independent verification.
• bk3 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.
• bk3 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk3. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements exist.

bk3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• bk3 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You fail to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
